 How will my order ship? | |
| Your package will be descretely packaged with no indication as to what's inside. It will be labeled from Lyons Protein Source and will most likely be a plastic vinyl mailer. First time orders $70.00 and above, as well as any apartments may require signature. This is to ensure that you get your order okay. | |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? | |
| Shipping is a flat $7.99 for any size order and may be sent USPS, UPS, FEDEX or DHL at our discretion. Faster shipping is available upon request. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Backorders are shipped ASAP. | |
| What is the return policy? | |
| Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Empty containers cannot be accepted. You must call first before we We cannot accept opened containers. We do not guarantee that the products we sell will work for you because we don't make them. If the product did not work for you, that is an issue with the manufacturer, however, customer satisfation is our priority, so we will try our best to work with you. You must contact us to get a return authorization number prior to retuning any unopened containers. You will be refunded for the items returned minus a 15% restocking fee. Any shipping paid will not be refunded. If your order is returned by a postal carrier because your package was undeliverable as addressed or refused, you will be refunded the cost of your order minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee. | |
